Exchange Policy

Each piece is made by hand, so we keep things simple and fair. Please read this before placing your order.

Exchange only — no cancellations

Once an order is placed it can't be cancelled. If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll gladly exchange it.

Record an unboxing video

Please film a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel. This video is required for any exchange claim — without it we're unable to process a request.

Raise it within 48 hours

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll sort out a replacement.

Handmade = slight variation

Small differences in colour and finish are natural in handmade work and aren't considered defects — they're what make your piece one of a kind.

How long will my order take to arrive?+
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched in 2–4 working days and usually arrive within a week. Custom and made-to-order pieces take longer — we'll share a timeline on WhatsApp when you order.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes — we ship pan-India. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999; a small flat fee applies below that.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders can't be cancelled once placed. We do offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items — see our Exchange Policy above.
My piece arrived damaged — what do I do?+
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with your order number and the unboxing video, and we'll arrange an exchange right away. The unboxing video is required for every claim.
Do you take custom orders?+
Absolutely — that's our favourite kind of work. Tell us the colours, size and occasion via the Custom order form or on WhatsApp, and we'll craft it just for you.
How are the products made?+
Every rangoli, toran and floral is made by hand, one at a time — no machines, no mass production. That's why each piece is a little unique.
How do I care for my décor?+
Most pieces just need gentle dusting; spot-clean only where mentioned on the product page. Keep them away from water and direct heat to help them last for years.
